Bicycle sheds in Hamburg
The bike sheds are a private initiative authorised by Hamburg’s district authorities. They offer you a secure place to park your bike right in your neighbourhood. If you’re interested in a parking space, the relevant district authority will put you in touch with the owners, where applicable.

A grant is available for repairs and refurbishments to existing bicycle sheds: owners can apply to their local district office for funding of up to 50 per cent of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of 3,500 euros.
