Since 2009, StadtRAD Hamburg has been the public bike-sharing system of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Around 4,300 StadtRAD bikes and 56 cargo pedelecs at over 350 stations contribute to emission-free mobility for the people of Hamburg.

Alongside the "classic" StadtRAD, our system also offers 56 electric cargo pedelecs with plenty of storage space — perfect for the weekly grocery run or picking up the kids from daycare.
Cargo pedelecs have a home station they need to be returned to.
To make sure it's available exactly when you need it, you can reserve your StadtRAD (including the cargo pedelecs) for free in the app up to 15 minutes before your ride.
